A dark, expressive Belgian beer. Strong, warming with a rich bouquet. Derived from special malts delicate notes of dried plum, raisins and roasted grains and clear chocolate. Belgian yeast strains add a delicate, spicy-spicy piquancy. Everything is crowned with the aromas of freshly roasted in a craft roaster, coffee beans of the Guatemala SHB variety. The Belgian character of beer is created mainly by the appropriate yeast strains, producing a complex flavor bouquet: fruity notes, spicy slightly spicy.
The best results are obtained by using liquid yeast, which is why we recommend the yeast Fermentum Mobile FM28 for this strain.

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND USAGE INSTRUCTION:
Malt should be stored in a clean, cool (< 22 °C), dry (< 35 RH %) and pest free environment.
