Brewed mainly in the Netherlands. This is a seasonal beer, available mainly in autumn. Beer with a definitely malty profile, full-bodied, palpable notes of toasted bread crust. Bitterness very mild. Gently warming up. Perfect for autumn and winter evenings.
Bright, light, refreshing beer. Subtle bitterness and delicate malt, reminiscent of a light pils. However, this is top fermentation in the lower temperature range (16-18°C), thanks to which the beer tastes only delicate fruity notes, characteristic of ales. Originally, Kolsh is a beer whose commercial brewing is reserved only for the Cologne region.
Style derived from the German city of Bamberg. Most associated with the Schlenkerla brewery, where beer has been brewed since 1405. The taste is dominated by the aromas of beech smoke, which harmoniously combine with the taste of toasted bread crust, soft caramel and prunes.
