Kwaśność na poziomie średnim - nie bolą zęby, ale jest wyraźnie kwaśne.
Moim największym problemem z tym zestawem są zawarte w nim koncentraty wiśniowe. Miałem nadzieję na zagęszczony sok wiśniowy, a tymczasem są to po prostu typowe hotelowe koncentraty - takie, które się rozwadnia i stoją do swobodnego nalewania przez gości na stołówce. Niestety, te koncentraty z wiśnią nie mają nic wspólnego, nawet kolor jest sztuczny. Smak tego koncentratu to „wiśniowe” Piccolo/Zozole, i ten smak będzie dominować w piwie. Co kto lubi.
