Mangrove Jack's Bohemian Lager M84 - A bottom-fermenting lager strain suitable for European lager and pilsner style beers. This yeast will produce soft, delicate and balanced beers with a dry and clean palate. Suitable for German/ Bohemian pilsners, all lager styles, German bocks, porters and more.
Fermentis S-23 - Bottom fermenting brewer’s yeast originating from Berlin in Germany. It’s recommended for the production of fruitier and more estery lagers. Its profile gives beers with a good length on the palate.
Fermentis W34/70 - This famous brewer’s yeast strain from Weihenstephan in Germany is used world-wide within the brewing industry. SafLager W-34/70 allows the brewing of beers with a good balance of floral and fruity aromas and gives clean flavors and high drinkable beers
LIQUID YEAST:
Wyeast 2124 Bohemian Lager - This Carlsberg type yeast is the most widely used lager strain in the world. This strain produces a distinct malty profile with some ester character and a crisp finish. A versatile strain, that is great to use with lagers or Pilsners for fermentations in the 8-12°C range. It may also be used for Common beer production with fermentations at 18-20°C. A thorough diacetyl rest is recommended after fermentation is complete.
Fermentum Mobile FM31 Bavarian valley - Munich style bottom fermentation strain, ideal for dark lagers. To beers: Pilsner Urquell, Pils, Bohemian Pils, Vienna Lager, Porter.
White Labs WLP920 Old Bavarian Lager - From Southern Germany, this yeast finishes malty with a slight ester profile. Use in beers such as Oktoberfests, bocks, and dark lagers.
Pacific Saison is a twist on the classic Belgian style of beer. The use of the most aromatic New Zealand hops Nelson Sauvin and exotic additives, such as Madagascar aframmon or lemon verbena, causes an unusual fusion of flavors.
Wit-Pear, a variation of Belgian wheat beer with Bonkret Williams pear fruit pulp. This old variety is especially recommended for the production of various types of alcoholic beverages due to its distinct aroma. Check how the acidic, refreshing taste of Wit with the sweet aromas of pear blends in!
