Vermont IPA according to the recipe of the Polish craft brewery Deer Bear. Very intense aromas of tropical fruit, delicate bitterness - mild and velvety like fruit juice. A large proportion of oatmeal makes the beer is naturally cloudy, which is a style feature, and has a clear body. The Deer Bear brewery, together with the best home brewers, has prepared a series of Home Brewer beers. They have been scaled from home conditions for recipes in a commercial brewery.

"The Deer Bear brewery has been operating since 2015. In a short period of time, we managed to brew over a dozen types of beer. When brewing beer, we select raw materials from reliable suppliers from every corner of the world. We use hops from the United States, Poland, New Zealand, domestic malts as well as specialist English and German malt houses. Yeasts come to us from France as well as from Poland. When brewing beer, tradition is often intertwined with modernity, our home market with partners from the farthest corners of the globe.

The world of beer is diverse and very rich - we do everything to show you as much of it as possible."

Fermentis S-33 - Fruity driven strain, gives a high mouthfeel and body to the beer. Ideal for Belgian Ales (Blond, Dubbel, Tripel, Quadrupel Styles) and strong English ales (ex. Imperial Stouts). It is also ideal for New England IPA’s. Yeast with a medium sedimentation: forms no clumps but a powdery haze when resuspended in the beer.

    S-33

LalBrew New England - is an ale strain selected specifically for its ability to produce a unique fruit-forward ester profile desired in East Coast styles of beer. Produce tropical and fruity esters, notably stone fruits like peach. LalBrew New England exhibits medium to high attenuation with medium flocculation, making it a perfect choice for East Coast style ales.

    new england

Mangrove Jack's Hophead Ale M66 - A yeast and enzyme blend that enhances aromatics and esters, perfect for New England, hazy and fruit forward IPAs. Select enzymes improve aroma and flavour from late hop and fruit additions.

    M66

    LIQUID YEAST:

Wyeast 1318 London Ale III - It is a true top cropping strain with a fruity, very light and softly balanced palate. This strain will finish slightly sweet. London Ale III has become synonymous with the production of New England IPAs, also known as juicy or hazy IPAs, and balances well with the tropical fruit qualities from late and dry hop additions.

    1056

Fermentum Mobile FM55 Green Hill - Very misty strain dedicated to New England IPA beers, gives very nice, balanced fruit ester profile, emphesizing hopy aromas. May give strong phenols when used in lower temperatures.

    fm55

White Labs WLP066 London Fog Ale - This is the go-to strain for New England-style IPAs. It produces a medium ester profile similar to WLP008 East Coast Ale Yeast. It leaves some residual sweetness, helping accentuate both malt and hop flavors and aromas, while retaining a velvety mouthfeel.

Beer Styles - New wave beers

Beer that revolutionized modern brewing. Hop bomb of bitterness and unusual citrus aromas. It delights with its smell and surprises with the taste of those who drink it for the first time. It's a bit treacherous, because under the cover of wonderful aromas it hides a lot of power.

Beer Styles - New wave beers

Currently one of the most recognizable styles of top-fermented beer. One of the most brewed by craft breweries. APA or American Pale Ale. Light, crisp with a fruity aroma that owes a mix of the most popular American hop varieties. A special way of hopping allows the use of a large amount of hops, without raising the bitterness.
