New product

Rubin is a bitter variety but it is genetically similar to old middle European aroma hops. The Saaz variety evidently influenced its genome. It has fine bitterness with longer dying away in comparison to Saaz.

An excellent high alpha variety which gives bitterness at a very competitive price. Tends to be too harsh for aroma purposes late in the boil but has produced very good results when used as dry hop pellets in the cask.

Generally used for main copper hop in the form of extracts and pellets because of the exceedingly high alpha. Has shown to be very aromatic as late hops in cask ales. Used in US IPA, US Pale Ale, Stout, Barley Wine, Lager

The Magnum name is well-suited to the hop's unusually large and heavy cones. This high alpha cultivar from Hop Research Institute in Hüll produces good yields and features high resistance to diseases. Magnum is possibly the most important bittering variety in Germany to date.
