PRODUCT FEATURES:

Use to: Blond, Dubbel, Tripel, Belgian Golden Strong Ale

Fermentation temperature: 19-25°C

Flocculation: medium

Apparent attenuation: 74-78%

Alcochol tolerance: 12% ABV

Dosage: vial to 20l wort with gravity up to 14°blg (OG=1,057)

Yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae (60±5%)
Nutrient (40±5%)

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND USAGE INSTRUCTION:

The yeast vial should be refrigerated (2-6°C). Remove from the fridge an hour before use.
