Deliciously smooth, light golden in colour, full bodied aromas of vanilla and banana and a lingering aftertaste. This yeast produces a silky mouth feel and rich body. Suitable for brewing Hefeweizen, Kristal Weizen, Dunkel Weizen and more
This proprietary blend of a top-fermenting neutral ale strain and a Bavarian wheat strain is a great choice when a subtle German style wheat beer is desired. The complex esters and phenolics from the wheat strain are nicely softened and balanced by the neutral ale strain.
This strain produces a balance of phenolics and esters. Nutmeg, clove, and spice are more dominant than the banana and bubble gum aroma. Pitching rate and temperature will dramatically affect the flavor and aroma of this strain.

Dobra pszenica!
Sprawdzałem te drożdże dwukrotnie w klasycznej pszenicy i ciemnym pszenicznym w obu przypadkach wyszło świetne piwo, dla ciemnego fermentacja przebiegała wyjątkowo burzliwie z mnóstwem piany.
