    This strain is ideal for producing malty lagers. Residual sweetness further helps promote malt nuances while contributing to a balanced finish. Great for lagers with a wide gravity range including bocks, doppelbocks, ma¨rzens, Oktoberfests and American amber lagers.

    PRODUCT FEATURES:

    Fermentation temperature: 11-14°C

    Flocculation: medium

    Apparent attenuation: 65-73%

    Alcochol tolerance: 12% ABV

    Dosage: 1 PurePitch up to 12°BLG, starter recommended with higher gravity

    STORAGE CONDITIONS AND USAGE INSTRUCTION:

    The yeast vial should be refrigerated (4°C).

    Warm slowly to 21°C, mix contents well, cut package with sanitized scissors, and add to cooled aerated worth.
