Give a matchless aroma to your wine, beer or liqueur ! You can use these chips in the same way as the classic oak chips : leave in contact with the wine, beer or liqueur for a few weeks during fermentation/riping. Regularly taste to follow up the taste evolution and most important : enjoy.
Instructions for use: disinfect the oak chips before use. Burn ¼ of a sulphur wick in a closed recipient with the chips in it and let it operate during 15 minutes.
