    Professional set for the clarification of white and red WINES, JUICES and MASES (Silica sol 35ml + Gelatin 7g). Extremely effective and fast-acting - in 24 hours.

    The capacity of the package is 35ml. A serving is sufficient for 50 L of liquid! The sol was placed in a graduated bottle, which allows it to be dosed depending on the amount of the clarified drink.

    INGREDIENTS:

    Silica sol 35ml + Gelatin 7g

    STORAGE CONDITIONS AND USAGE INSTRUCTION:

    Store in a dry place at room temperature.

    Add Zol to the wine before adding the gelatine
    1. Mix wine after fermentation.
    2.Add 7 mll of Zol per 10 L of wine and mix carefully.
    3.Melt gelatine in 50 ml of hot water and add it to the product.
    4.Clarified wine leave in 15-20°C for 24 hours.
    5. After full clarifing, pour the wine from the sediment.
