    Potassium metabisulfite [pyrosulfite] (PP) - an agent, that is commonly used in winemaking for the stabilization of musts and wines and for rinsing of the wine and brewing equipment.

    Musts stabilization - PP prevents the growth of bacteria and wild yeast during the fermentation. Wine stabilization - PP stops the fermentation, protects the wine against the oxidation and stabilizes the color and clarity.

    STORAGE CONDITIONS AND USAGE INSTRUCTION:

    Store in a dry plac.

    In both cases PP should be applied in the dose of 1 g per 10 liters of musts / wine. Dissolve an appropriate portion of PP in 50-100 ml of water and add to musts / wine. Do not overdose! Rinsing of the wine and brewing equipment - Wash the demijohns, fermentation containers, bottles, presses, barrels etc. with detergent, rinse with water and then with PP in a concentration 10 g for 2 L of water. Do not reuse water.
