    Traditional kefir was created on the basis of the microflora of kefir grains, which consists of symbiotic lactic acid bacteria, lactobacilli, yeast and often bifidobacteria. This is the composition of Zakwaska for KEFIR VIVO, thanks to which at home we can obtain kefir with a great taste, rich in live flora of bacterial cultures that make up the microflora of kefir grains.

    STORAGE CONDITIONS AND USAGE INSTRUCTION:

    Store at +2 to +8 °C

    Each vial is intended for acidification of 1 to 3 L of milk.

    Boil 1-3 L of milk and let it cool down to +37-43 °C.
