Dobre ale czy zawsze?
Robiłem to piwko dwukrotnie - pierwszym razem wyszło rewelacyjne - klasyczna pszenica. Drugim razem zaś dostałem kiepskiej jakości mieszankę słodów - w ześrutowanym słodzie było mnóstwo kiełków zbóż - nie wiem z którego słodu pochodziły ale widać że był kiepskiej jakości, jako gotowe piwo w drugim przypadku brakowało mu pszenicznej pięknej pianki.

Doskonała pszenica!
Uwarzyłem na lato i poszło w 2 tygodnie. Teraz nikt nie chce żadnego innego pszenicznego piwa. Aromaty goździków i (lekkiej) pomarańczy. Orzeźwiające i nie za mocne.
